Horizon Chase App Reviews

This game is amazing, from the looks to the feel of it. It has the feel of a classic arcade racer, but with a modern twist. Every course is beautifully rendered, as well as the cars themselves. And, to top it all off, Horizon Chase provides fairly challenging gameplay that is easy to learn, but hard to master. This is definitely one of my favorite games on the App Store.

Hands down one of my favorite iOS racing games ever! 16 bit style is done perfectly and its really nice to just have a simple racing game that is not overly involved. Sometimes a simple game that works well is all you need. One of the smoothest games I have ever had on my phone. Can we get more levels please??

This game is really fun and the graphics are really good, but the ai racers get in your way like crazy and it is annoying. It gets very annoying whenever you bump into the railing too. Other than that it is really fun. How are you suposed to unlock the koenigsegg, delorean, and that other grey car?

Bought the game,its a lot of fun but I finished all the races in India and cannot move to the next part?!?!

Okay...the graphics are great! Its really really good. But... The scam though. Once you play the first four tracks in the cup, THEY ASK YOU TO GO PREMIUM! Which, I dont even recommend going to look at the price for the premium because Im sure that in the premium theres gonna be stuff like, " Oh, so you want the lambo? 10000000 points" or some scam like that. Its just not worth it. Just dont.

I got an iTunes Card for my b-day a few months ago and I am really reluctant to spend it because I dont want to waste it. I loved this game so I paid 2.99 and it said it had over 70 levels, I thought I was paying for those 70 levels and thought it was a good deal, but then They only gave me one level for 2.99.

I love this game a lot! Its one of my favorite apps to play. But, with the new update where there is a "trial" you can play this game for a bit for free. They said that it would not affect the people who bought the game before that new update. So I bought the game before the update but when I signed in my info to let them know I bought it before, it said I didnt buy the game! I think I just typed my password wrong but they dont allow you to type it in again if there was a mistake. WHAT??? So I had to buy it again

This is a great game and I love it I just ask that you could add a multyplayer Mode this would make a great game into a perfect game please make this happen !!!

Paid $2.99 for the full game, yet, it only unlocked the bonus round and the other California stages. Shouldnt I be able to play whatever stage I want? Could not get into other stages after I completed the Cali rounds. You might want to consider this before letting go of your hard earned dollar.

Don’t buy this app. When you beat the free demo it asks if you wan’t to pay for the full game for 3 dollars. But when you do that it says that you have bought the game but after one race it says that you haven’t and tells you to buy the full version again. There i just wasted 3 bucks. WORST APP EVER!!!

This is a fun game. I bought the full version and its worth every penny. HOWEVER, I bought this game because of my enthusiasm towards the Delorean but apparently you cant unlock it. I beat the game and got gold on all races and I still have 2 locked cars. One being the Delorean. Why show the car when you arent making it playable?

This is definitely the best racing game in the App Store. The game has easy controls, great environments, and good-looking graphics with an old-fashioned retro feel. There are also lots of cars and tracks to play. My principal complaint is that after a while, all the stages feel a bit similar, like turn left turn right do it again on another stage and so on. For people complaining that the game isnt really free, they should better READ THE DESCRIPTION, feel glad they actually got a demo, and stop acting as if the entire thing was a ploy to grab their money. They should stop acting like spoiled brats entitled to have every game free.

Ive noticed some people have gotten to complaining about how in game they dont state the amount the full game costs. Theres a simple solution: just scroll down on the App Store page and choose "in-app purchases" it says there, plain as day how much it costs. Dont give a bad review for something for trivial.

This is a awesome game, and I beat it 100%, but I want to keep playing it. Please add some new features to this game like multiplayer :D

The long unskipable company intro is annoying

This game has several sections to it. Or so it says. Its a free to play game so you start off and play the tutorial and then you play the three or so San Francisco missions and it says "Hey heres a bonus level" so you beat that and get a new car and an upgrade then you click on the next area like "Yay! I get to try a new car" and then the game says you have to pay to get the rest of the game :(

What a great game! Also the music is so nice, I just kept listening.

what an absolutely fantastic game! this and more indie games like it lately are bringing back the sort of game design thats been largely missing for so many years - the sort of game design where games are just allowed to be games and exist solely for the sake of fun - and i couldnt be more grateful. take any arcade racers you love from the 80s/90s like top gear, outrun, cruisn usa, etc and throw em in a blender with some steroids and you get the beautiful creation that is horizon chase. and it stands toe-to-toe with any great arcade racer ever made and even surpasses most of them. not just a great iOS experience but a truly timeless and top-notch racer that would do well in any arcade or on any console - and i hear rumors of a console release and boy am i keeping my fingers crossed for that! an absolute bargain at $3. flawless gameplay, beautiful art style and design, and a headphones-worthy soundtrack courtesy of arcade veteran barry leitch. GET THIS GAME!

Im having a lot of fun playing this game! Keep adding new cars and tracks and itll only get better.
